Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (BNL) is a private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) managed by Broadstone Real Estate, LLC and Broadstone Asset Management, LLC.  BNL began acquiring net lease properties in October of 2006.  The investment focus of the REIT is single tenant net leased real estate throughout the United States.  Management looks to invest all its capital in properties for the long term leased to tenants that have a track record of success, profitability and credit worthiness. 

BNL seeks diversification of its properties by geographic region, property type, industry sector and tenant makeup.  Management adds value by using their 40 year track record of management experience, strong business relationships, negotiating skills and the understanding of real estate and financial cycles.
