Tom Rogers

President & Chief Operating Officer

Tom Rogers, President & Chief Operating Officer, joined Broadstone in 2011 to lead the effort in providing internal structure to support the organization as it grows. His primary responsibilities include managing human resources and IT, as well as providing procedural and financial supporting services.

Prior to joining Broadstone, Tom held the role of President and CEO of AM&M Financial Services, a financial planning and investment management services firm. Before AM&M, Tom worked at Deloitte and Touche LLP as a Tax Manager.

Tom is currently Board Chair for Flower City Habitat for Humanity, and sits on the boards of the United Way of Greater Rochester and the YMCA of Greater Rochester.

Tom holds a BS in accounting and finance from the University of Buffalo, and an MBA (finance, accounting, entrepreneurship and organizational strategy) from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. Tom is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner.
