Sean Cutt

Vice President Acquisitions

Sean Cutt, Vice President of Acquisitions, joined Broadstone in early 2012 to assist with growing the Broadstone portfolio. His primary responsibilities include identifying, analyzing and acquiring real estate opportunities.

Prior to joining Broadstone, Sean was an Assistant Vice President of Development for Macerich. Sean was responsible for managing large scale development projects across the country for Macerich. Before Macerich, he worked at SWBR Architects as a Project Manager.

Sean sits on the Executive Committee for the American Diabetes Association Rochester Tour de Cure. He is also an active member of ICSC and sits on the Centerbuild Planning Committee and the CDP Nomination Committee.

Sean holds an AAS in architecture from Alfred State along with a BS in organizational management from Roberts Wesleyan College. He is enrolling in the Executive MBA program at the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
