Kevin Barry

Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Barry, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary, joined Home Leasing Corporation in 2003. He was responsible for the operational and financial transitioning of the Commercial Property Management Division of Home Properties to Home Leasing, LLC in 2004 and subsequently to Broadstone Real Estate in 2006.

Prior to joining Home Leasing Corporation, he was the Director of Finance at Continental Service Group and Vice President of H&C Tool Supply Corporation. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of the Asset Manager and Property Manager.

Kevin holds a BA degree from Colgate University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester.
