John Maguire

Property Manager

John Maguire, Property Manager, has more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial property management. Prior to joining Broadstone, John was employed by Syracuse, NY based Pioneer Development Company, where he managed shopping centers and office buildings located throughout central and western New York State from 1988-2004.

John then joined the real estate management team at Rochester Technology Park, a 4.3 million square foot mixed use facility that was the former site of the Eastman Kodak Apparatus Division. John remained at Rochester Tech Park until joining Broadstone in 2009.

John holds a BS in Education from Nazareth College of Rochester. He serves on the board of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Rochester.
