Broadstone Real Estate was formed effective January 1, 2006 to acquire, continue and grow the commercial property operations of Home Leasing, LLC. Broadstone Real Estate is a full service real estate company serving the Greater Rochester Region and "net leased" properties throughout the U. S., continuing a family tradition of expertly serving clients since 1967. Our portfolio of managed properties includes some of the highest quality commercial real estate.

Originally started by Norman and Nelson Leenhouts in 1967 the company has grown and now provides quality real estate services in many areas. Today the next generations of the family are very involved in the business and will continue on the same traditions and level of service as people have come to expect over the last 40 years.
