Bill Beach, Vice President, has over 38 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined Home Leasing Corporation in 1972 and focused on management of market rate apartments for several years. For the past 24 years, Bill has managed and leased medical buildings at Southview Commons, office and retail space at Piano Works, retail centers, and several receivership properties for banking institutions. He has served as a Vice President of Home Properties Management and Home Leasing LLC.

Bill serves on the board of the Pittsford Federal Credit Union, the Southeast YMCA and the East Rochester Chamber of Commerce. He is President of the Pittsford Mustangs Soccer Club and the Metropolitan Syracuse Sigma Chi House Corporation.

Bill holds a business management degree in accounting from Syracuse University and is a Certified Property Manager as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson through the State of New York.
